Passive-Solar
This is a passive-solar design, 1000 sf guesthouse with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a W/D closet, radiant heat in a  tinted concrete slab, kitchen/living room; with custom talavera tile in kitchen & bath, natural adobe plaster w/ mica, interior adobe walls w/nicho, and vigas w/ aspen 1x6 ceilings.

It was designed and built by Sunwood Design & Construction, LLC in 2004 for the unheard-of price of about $75 per sf.
